• A Wonderful And Spacious Parisian Apartment
This completely renovated 3 bedroom apartment located in a 1930s Parisian building, consists of three bedrooms, a living/dining room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, two full baths and two balconies overlooking Sacré Coeur and its gardens.
If your party only needs two bedrooms, the third bedroom can be used as a second living room as this room is adjacent to the dining area, and they are connected by double doors. Leaving the doors open will transform the two rooms into a very spacious living and dining area.
The two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other one with a king bed that can be split into two single beds) have lovely armoires, oak floors and a balcony that runs the length of both rooms. The third bedroom/living room has a couch that folds out into a large double bed with a real mattress. The dining room also has a very large couch which folds out into a bed, should you need it.
In all three bedrooms and the living/dining room there are floor to ceiling windows that look out at Sacré Coeur and its gardens.
The white walls in the bedrooms are accentuated by color around the windows and a frieze to complement the lovely curtains. The living room, painted in warm Parisian white is inviting with beautiful light fittings and lamps. The warm lighting, fabrics and touches of color, which vary from room to room, create a warm, relaxed and inviting ambiance throughout the apartment.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, juice maker, etc. All of the machines are brand new and top of the line to insure practicality and convenience.
Both bathrooms are modern and designed with your comfort in mind. One bathroom has a bathtub with an American shower and the other has a large American shower. Both have towels, liquid soap, hair dryer, etc.
Sunlight, leafy trees and gardens, the singing of birds and the famous view of Sacré Coeur characterize this newly renovated three-bedroom apartment.
The apartment is directly across the street from the gardens of Sacré Coeur and you will feel you are in a private lush garden when in the apartment due to the beautiful thick vegetation seen from inside.

Montmartre is known as one of the most romantic spots in Paris and the views you have from the apartment will certainly only help confirm this reputation.
This area of Paris is best known for its quiet winding streets, its funky boutiques and cafes, the famous artists who once lived here and those unexpected glimpses of the magnificent Parisian skyline. One truly feels a part of a real French neighborhood while experiencing the magical city of Paris.

WIFI is available and included in the rental of this apartment. We also provide a computer (PC) for your use, however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop and we will help you connect it.
• What We Offer Our Guests
We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.
The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than ten days, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).
• What's Nearby
There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, wine bars, food shops, supermarkets, bakeries, patisseries and specialty shops close by. On rue Lepic and rue des Abbesses, a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, there is a daily food market. You will find a fabulous cheese shop, numerous patisseries and bakeries, butchers, fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, chocolate, herbs and spices and much more.
Metro Abbesses, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, takes you to Place de la Madeleine and Place de Concorde within 7 to 10 minutes (the center of Paris). Metro Anvers, also a 5-minute walk, will take you to the Champs Elysées in about 15 minutes.
Renting an apartment in Montmartre will truly give you a feel for typical Parisian living. his apartment, rented in conjunction with our Charles Nodier one bedroom and two bedroom apartments can accommodate a party of up to 15 adults. The Sacré Coeur one and two bedroom apartments are in the next building over.
