• Comfort and Elegance
Our newest studio could not be in a better location for enjoying this fashionable and exciting neighborhood. In the heart of the Marais, this studio directly overlooks the spectacular 18th century National Archives building. The apartment is located in a lovely old building, with original stone and wooden curved stairways and a small courtyard to enter through.
Set high above the street level with a sunny and open view over the gorgeous sandstone building of the Archives Nationales opposite, this apartment has a tranquil and luminous ambience thanks to its high ceilings and two tall windows. The natural light is enhanced and reflected by the beautiful mirror above the king sized bed, the light walls and soft brown wooden floors. The warm grey, taupe, browns and creams lend the apartment a sophisticated and calm air, with rich fabrics on the bed head and floor to ceiling curtains adding a luxurious finish. The high ceilings and thoughtful layout give a spacious feeling to this well designed and completely renovated studio apartment, seamlessly combining elegance and comfort.
The studio has a large main area for sleeping and living, plus a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is a king bed with a lovely upholstered bed head and grand mirror above. Plenty of storage for your clothes can be found both in a large purpose built wardrobe as well as in drawers beneath the bed. Beside one of the lovely big windows is the perfect spot for breakfast at your hand made coffee/dining table in one of the two comfortable chairs.
Opposite your bed is the big wall mounted flat screen television with DVD player and there is also a separate bureau with laptop and phone.
Away from your sleeping and living area is the separate kitchen with chic dark brown floor tiles, dark bench tops, modern chrome appliances, custom made lacquered cabinetry and mirrored surrounds, fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and eating in your own apartment. The generous bathroom is a welcome addition, with its extra large American shower with rain showerhead, chrome heated towel rails, mirror and attractive ceramic wall tiles in a pretty colour throughout. We supply fluffy towels, bathrobes, liquid soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
This studio apartment is really perfect for a couple who want to enjoy the lively buzz of the Marais but return to their own private haven at the end of each day.
The apartment is equipped with full heating, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, laptop with WIFI and a phone for local and international calls.

The Marais neighbourhood is also home to many museums: The Picasso Museum, the Musée Carnavalet, the European House of Photography and sites such as the Bastille (with its excellent produce market), L'Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame, the Centre Georges Pompidou museum and the River Seine.
