Located in an early 1900s building, this stylish vacation apartment rental has been completely renovated and newly designed for luxurious and contemporary modern living. The apartment consists of one separate bedroom, a very large living room with fold-out couch (makes into a double sofa bed), an open and fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, one full bath and a balcony with table and chairs opening directly onto the famous Sacré Coeur church and its gardens.
In the large living room, lovely floor to ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the amazing view from within the apartment as well as from your balcony. The modern open kitchen, with beautiful metallic tiles, is designed for both practicality and looks: the cabinetry is ultra-modern, and it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, juice maker, utensils and everything needed for cooking and eating. The kitchen opens out onto the dining area with glass table and chairs for two people. Just beyond, the stylish living room is furnished with sleek modern furniture and brand new top of the line appliances, and has ample space for entertaining or for extra guests. The space is enhanced by a feature wall whose special bronzed finish adds depth and texture to the room. With beautiful limed parquet throughout the living room and bedroom, this apartment has a very chic and contemporary feel, enhanced by the stylish light fixtures, luxurious furnishings and sophisticated decoration.

Your chic and stylish master bedroom has a king-sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and is tastefully decorated. The elegant black stone bathroom, with white highlights, has beautiful chrome faucets, and a spacious bathtub with an American shower above. A window running the length of the bath lets in air and sunlight, giving this room a feeling of tranquility. The toilet, accessed through the bathroom, is separated by its own door, and the bathroom itself opens off the bedroom. In the bathroom you will find white fluffy towels, liquid soap, a hair dryer, plus a washer and a dryer behind purpose built and elegant cabinetry.

From your own private balcony and spacious dining and living areas, you can dine or entertain with the view of Sacré Coeur right before you. Montmartre is known as one of the most romantic and lively spots in Paris, and this generous one bedroom apartment is perfect for enjoying all there is to offer.
This area of Paris is best known for its quiet winding streets, its funky boutiques and cafes, the famous artists who once lived here, and those unexpected glimpses of the magnificent Parisian skyline. Here one truly feels a part of a real French neighborhood while experiencing the magical city of Paris.
• Computer and Internet Access WIFI is available and included in the rental of this apartment. We also provide a computer (PC) for your use, however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop and we will help you connect it.
• What We Offer Our Guests We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.
The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than ten days, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).
• What's Nearby
There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, wine bars, food shops, supermarkets, bakeries, patisseries and specialty shops close by. On rue Lepic and rue des Abbesses, a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, there is a daily food market. You will find a fabulous cheese shop, numerous patisseries and bakeries, butchers, fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, chocolate, herbs and spices and much more.
Metro Abesses, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, takes you to Place de la Madeleine and Place de Concorde within 7 to 10 minutes (the center of Paris). Metro Anvers, also a 5-minute walk, will take you to the Champs Elysées in about 15 minutes.
Renting an apartment in Montmartre will truly give you a feel for typical Parisian living. This apartment, rented in conjunction with our Charles Nodier two bedroom and three bedroom apartments can accommodate a party of up to 15 adults.
