• Beautiful Gardens Outside Your Door
This beautiful completely renovated two bedroom apartment is situated directly on the gardens of the famous Palais Royal and just a stone's throw from the Louvre.
The apartment is an ideal spot for a family, two couples, or simply friends traveling together who want to experience living like a "real" Parisian. The beautiful gardens outside your doors are perfect for children to play in and adults to stroll in.
The apartment has its own private entryway from rue Montpensier and from the gardens. The flat is on three levels. The entryway and living room are on the ground floor. There are two cozy and small bedrooms and one full bath on the second floor and the kitchen and half bath (toilet, sink) are below the ground floor.
Please note that there are stairways leading from the entryway to the bedrooms and from the living room to the kitchen. They are fairly narrow and could pose a problem for someone elderly or someone who has trouble walking.
The apartment can sleep four adults. The living room has high ceilings and lovely floor to ceiling French windows that open onto the gardens and shops of Palais Royal. Next door to the apartment is a restaurant where you can sit out under the arches in summer and enjoy lunch or dinner. The restaurant closes at 11pm, but you will hear it before this if your windows are open.
It is appointed with a mix of antiques, cozy chairs, a dining table and a beautiful couch that folds out to make a double bed. There is color cable TV, a radio/CD player and a telephone. Both bedrooms have double beds and built-in closets. We provide fans for all rooms as the apartment is not air conditioned.
One bedroom has a view of the Palais Royal Gardens, and the other overlooks rue Montpensier. The all marble modern bathroom has an American shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, microwave and all necessary cooking appliances.

WIFI is available and included in the rental of this apartment. We also provide a computer (PC) for your use, however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop and we will help you connect it.
• Ideal Location for Touring and Museums
This location is perfect for touring the sights of Paris, shopping and fine dining. The Louvre is around the corner and Place des Victoires, Place Vendome, the Seine, Place de la Concorde, Tuilerie Gardens and much more are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.
There are wonderful restaurants and cafes in the surrounding neighborhood. You will also find a bakery, patisserie, cheese shop and a supermarket close by.

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.
The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than ten days, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).

Within easy walking distance of the Louvre museum, the Left Bank, Place des Victoires, rue Montorgueil market, Place Vendome, the Seine, St. Germain des Pres, Place de la Concorde, Tuilerie Gardens.
Metro Palais Royal, a two-minute walk from the apartment, will take you anywhere in central Paris within minutes. A bus stop and taxi stand are around the corner.
