This completely renovated 32-square meter apartment, located in an early 1930s Parisian building, is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child. The charming wrought iron elevator will bring you to your fourth floor pied-à-terre.
There is a queen-size French sleigh bed, 2 beautiful and cosy antique chairs and a dining alcove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven, burners and refrigerator. The magnificient 1930s style bathroom features a large bathtub with an American shower, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and liquid soap.
The apartment is calm and sunny with three large picture windows overlooking rue Cortot, a lovely narrow winding cobblestone street. Also seen from the windows are the famous Parisian rooftops, and the northern Parisian skyline. Hardwood floors, terra-cotta and hand-painted Algerian tiles create the warm and inviting ambiance of this cozy apartment.

• Quiet Cobblestone Street
This beautiful and charming Paris apartment is located in Montmartre. One of the oldest quartiers of Paris, Montmartre is also its highest point. The views of the city one can stumble upon in Montmartre are often breathtaking. This area is a must when visiting Paris and it is an ideal base to explore the city.
Rue Cortot, a quiet and winding cobblestone street right behind the famed Basilique Sacré Coeur, is conveniently located for metro, bus and taxi use.
Montmartre is rich in history. Cubism was born in Montmartre in the studios of the Bateau-Lavoir. Picasso, Erik Satie, Van Gogh and Renoir all passed through Montmartre.
Take a long walk through the quiet winding streets and discover the wonderful neighborhood markets. You will be able to sample the famous French bread and patisserie and an enormous variety of cheeses and wonderful fresh produce.
Stop and sip a coffee while watching the people go by. You will find yourself among artists, intellectuals, typical French and a variety of other nationalities in this diverse neighborhood.
Be sure to take advantage of the many wonderful restaurants in Montmartre. You will find classic French, Morrocan, Italian, Indian, Tibetan, Vietnamese, Pakistani, Japanese, African, Polish and Russian cuisines all within a short walk of the apartment.
In Montmartre one truly feels as if they are in a friendly village while still being in the heart of one of the world's most vibrant cities.
Please do take note that this apartment is located at the top of Montmartre. It is a steep and lovely climb to get to the apartment on foot. There is a regular bus that goes directly to the apartment from the metro.

• Computer and Internet Access
WIFI is available and included in the rental of this apartment. We also provide a computer (PC) for your use, however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop and we will help you connect it.

• What We Offer Our Guests
We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.
The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than ten days, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).

Within easy walking distance of Sacre Coeur, Museum of Montmartre, Moulin Rouge, the Dali Museum, Bateau Lavoir and the Lapin Agile restaurant. There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, wine bars, food shops, supermarkets, bakeries, patisseries and specialty shops close by. On rue Lepic and rue des Abbesses, a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment, there is a daily food market. You will find a fabulous cheese shop, numerous patisseries and bakeries, butchers, fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, chocolate, herbs and spices and much more. • Transportation
Metro Abbesses and Lamarck Caulaincourt, both a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment, will take you to Place de la Madeleine and Place de Concorde in 7 to 10 minutes which is in the center of Paris.
