This fully equipped 22 square meters studio is the perfect flat for a couple wanting to experience the true Parisian life style in a chic, elegant and authentic atmosphere. Rich textures and fabrics of beige, brown and light blues add to the warmth and softness of the studio.

The flat is surprisingly bright for a first floor as its large window facing a quiet courtyard reflects the light on an ancient marble stone floor and on the classical high ceiling wooden beams.

The apartment, entirely renovated, is perfectly designed to combine warmth, elegance and maximum comfort: on one side next to the window, a lovely living room space with a designers' couch and coffee table, bookshelves and the computer with internet access, facing an elegant and functional marble stone and wooden kitchen equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge, electric burners and microwave oven.

The kitchen opens onto the living room space with a counter and a fold out table to enjoy your Parisian meals. The sleeping space, with a queen-size bed, is separated from the rest of the room by a floor to ceiling mirror wardrobe.

The queen-size bed faces a beautiful ancient marble stone bathroom. The wall separating the two spaces is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD. Behind a sliding door, you will find all the comfort and charm and luxury of a traditonal elegant bathroom, with a large American shower, chromed faucets and a wide shower head.

An Exceptional Neighborhood

Situated in St Germain des Prés on the left bank, rue de Grenelle is famous for the Mus´ee Maillol just a few meters from the apartment. This location is the heart of Paris fashion, galleries, antique shops, traditional market streets and restaurants. The apartment is just a few minutes from the pedestrian Saint Germain streets and the famous "Cafe Flore" and "Les Deux Magots", the Musée Rodin and the Musée d'Orsay.

Just below the apartment you will find one of the best French cheese stores in Paris but also banks, a flower shop, the famous Dalloyau caterer, supermarkets, wine store, delicatessens, bakeries and even a spa! A few steps from rue de Grenelle, much more can also be explored on rue du Bac, one of the most famous market streets with its regional products, restaurants and much more.

Computer and Internet Access

A personal computer (PC) with high-speed internet access is included in the rental of this apartment.

PLEASE NOTE that unfortunately our high-speed internet connection does not allow us to work with Macs. If you want to bring your own laptop, you will only be able to connect PCs through this system.

What We Offer Our Guests

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than one week, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).
