A Chic and Authentic Atmosphere

Situated on the corner of the Esplanade des Invalides and the well-known rue Saint Dominique, the building faces the Invalides Dome where you can discover Napoleon's tomb, now a magnificent museum. Just across the Esplanade, the beautifully renovated Grand Palais museum rises next to its little sister, the Petit Palais.

The apartment is located in the inner courtyard, on the second floor of a classical and elegant Parisian building in which an elevator takes you directly up to the second floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with king beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, a living room and a large and fully equipped kitchen. The charming living room consists of a large dining table which seats 6 and has two comfortable couches.

Its high ceilings convey a sense of space and light. The first bathroom has a large bathtub with an American shower and the 2nd bathroom with ancient sand color stone has a very large American shower. We supply fluffy towels, soap and hair dryers in each bathroom.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment has central heating.

The apartment is equipped with a flat screen color TV with cable in the living room, DVD, CD/radio player and a phone that can call anywhere and hook up to the Internet (high-speed Internet connection). The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, oven, juice maker, coffee maker, toaster, iron and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.

The Invalides rental flat sleeps 4 comfortably and there is additional space for 2 on two sofa beds in the living room.

Ideal Location for Touring and Museums and Gastronomy

A cross between culture, art, fashion and fastronomy, this exceptional location offers an incredible variety of activities within a very short walking distance. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from the prestigious Champs Elysees, and an equal 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the lovely rue Clerc pedestrian market street, the Bon Marché department store and the heart of St Germain des Pres, a truly authentic Parisian neighborhood.

As the apartment is equipped for cooking, you can explore the incredible markets and delicatessen shops nearby but also treat yourself to French cuisine with a large selection of restaurants, from the very fancy Arpège (chef Alain Passar) just on the corner to the typical little bistrot Café du Marché on rue Clerc!

Computer and Internet Access

A personal computer (PC) with high-speed internet access is included in the rental of this apartment.

PLEASE NOTE that unfortunately our high-speed internet connection does not allow us to work with Macs. If you want to bring your own laptop, you will only be able to connect PCs through this system.

What We Offer Our Guests

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than one week, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).
