This fully equipped 22 square meters studio is the perfect flat for a couple wanting to experience the true Parisian life style in a chic, elegant and authentic atmosphere.

The flat is located on a 3rd floor (with elevator) of a typical Parisian building. The studio's two large windows face a very nice courtyard with trees.

This entirely renovated apartment is perfectly designed to combine elegance and maximum comfort. The studio consists of a kitchen which opens onto the room and can be closed off with sliding doors, a livingroom area with a dining table next to a window where you can enjoy your Parisian meals, and on the other end of the room a sleeping area made of a very comfortable queen bed with incorporated drawers below it and a closet space. A bookcase with a flat screen TV and DVD faces the bed.

Behind another sliding door, you will find all the comfort of a luxurious modern bathroom with pebble stone floors and beautiful sand color stone walls, a large American shower with a wide ceiling shower head and chromed faucets, a suspended sink and a toilet.

An Exceptional Neighborhood

Situated in St Germain des Près on the left bank, This location is the heart of Paris fashion, galleries, antique shops, traditional market streets and fabulous restaurants. The apartment is just a few minutes from the pedestrian streets of Saint Germain and from the famous "Cafe Flore" and "Les Deux Magots". There are also many museums, churches and gardens very close by such as the Musée Rodin and the Musée d'Orsay, as well as the Luxembourg Gardens and its museum. The garden is famed for its calm atmosphere and its beautiful statues and sculpture. It is a place where many Parisians enjoy going when the sun is out. From this incredible neighborhood you can walk to most Parisian sites and if public transportation is your choice, there are many metro lines and buses that come through the area.

Computer and Internet Access

A personal computer (PC) with high-speed internet access is included in the rental of this apartment.

PLEASE NOTE that unfortunately our high-speed internet connection does not allow us to work with Macs. If you want to bring your own laptop, you will only be able to connect PCs through this system.

What We Offer Our Guests

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than one week, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).
