This 8th floor penthouse apartment - with elevator - is perfect for a couple, a couple with a child or three adults who don't mind sleeping in the same room. The bedroom and living area, in the same room, can accomodate 3 adults comfortably. Rented in conjunction with our Montmartre two bedroom apartment in the same building we can accommodate 6 to 8 adults.

From your own private terrace you can dine and sun yourself while viewing all of Sacré Coeur, Invalides, the tip of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops.

This completely renovated, modernized and comfortably furnished apartment, located in a typical early 1900s building, will make you feel at home in no time at all.

The apartment with its private balcony that opens to all of Sacré Coeur, the tip of the Eiffel Tower, Invalides and Parisian rooftops is perfect for sunning, dining and sipping wine as long as weather permits.

Sunlight pours into the apartment from floor to ceiling French windows creating a lovely relaxed ambience. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a comfortable couch that opens out into a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, cuisinart, toaster and all of the comforts of home. The separate eating area overlooks the terrace and rooftops.

There is plenty of closet space, a washer and a dryer. The apartment has a large luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and an American shower, which is a rare find in Paris.

Known throughout the world as one of the most romantic spots in Paris, Montmartre offers a small village ambiance within a big city. Its narrow winding streets, long history of famous artists, outdoor markets, cafes and funky boutiques make it the perfect base for your stay in Paris.

Computer and Internet Access

A personal computer (PC) with high-speed internet access is included in the rental of this apartment.

PLEASE NOTE that unfortunately our high-speed internet connection does not allow us to work with Macs. If you want to bring your own laptop, you will only be able to connect PCs through this system.

What We Offer Our Guests

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than one week, a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).

Within easy walking distance of: Sacré Coeur, Museum of Montmartre, Moulin Rouge, rue Lepic food and produce market, Espace Dali, Bateau Lavoir and the Lapin Agile restaurant.

Metro Abbesses, a 5-minute walk from the apartment, takes you to Place de la Madeleine and Place de Concorde within 7 to 10 minutes (the center of Paris). Metro Anvers, also a 5-minute walk, will take you to the Champs Elysées in about 15 minutes.
