This beautiful, unique, newly renovated, 3 bedroom luxury duplex apartment is situated in the heart of central Paris, directly on the gardens of historic Palais Royal and a short walk across the beautiful gardens from the Louvre Museum. It is the ideal spot for a families, friends or couples traveling together who want to experience real Parisian living.

The apartment has three bedrooms; two with king beds (one that can be separated to make two comfortable single beds) and one queen bed, 3 full baths, one half bath, a huge living room, a large fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, a long balcony directly overlooking the historic Palais Royal gardens and a lovely terrace with table and chairs overlooking rue Montpensier. It is on the 4th and 5th floors of an elegant Parisian building that is part of the original Palais Royal built in the 17th century.

The building elevator takes you to the 3rd floor, then you walk up one more flight to reach the apartment. The apartment is on two levels. The living room, kitchen, balcony, one bedroom and 1 1/2 baths are on the 4th floor. Two bedrooms, two full baths and the terrace are on the 5th floor. There is an interior staircase in the living room that leads up to the 5th floor.

To ensure your comfort, the apartment has central heat and air conditioning. Two of the three bedrooms have king-sized beds, and one has a queen bed. All three bathrooms have large tubs with American showers.

The living room has molded ceilings and floor-to-ceiling French windows that open onto the balcony directly overlooking the gardens of Palais Royal. There is a large dining table, which can seat 8, cozy chairs and three couches, including one that makes into a queen bed, in this charming room.

The bedroom on this floor has a king bed, large walk-in closet and its own en suite bathroom.

The two other bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has a window with a view of the Palais Royal and gardens and the other bedroom has French doors opening onto the private terrace overlooking rue Montpensier.

Each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom with enclosed bathtubs and American showers. We supply bathrobes, fluffy towels, soap and hair dryers in each bathroom.

The apartment has 4 televisions – all with color cable, a DVD player, CD/radio player, a phone that you can use to can call anywhere in France. In order to make international calls you must use an "international calling card" or buy a pre-paid phone card.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, oven, juice maker, coffee maker, toaster, iron and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.

The elegant, warm and charming decor is relaxing and inviting. Everything in the apartment has been modernized to give maximum comfort and convenience while maintaining old-world charm.

Computer and Internet Access

A personal computer (PC) with high-speed Internet access is included in the rental of this apartment.

PLEASE NOTE that unfortunately our wireless high-speed internet connection does not allow us to work with Macs. If you want to bring your own laptop, you will only be able to connect PCs through this system.

Ideal Location for Touring and Museums

The location of the apartment is superb for exploring Paris, shopping and fine dining. The Louvre is around the corner as are the Place des Victoires, the Seine, Blvd. St. Germain, place de la Concorde, Tuilerie Gardens and Place Vendome – all within easy walking distance.

There are many wonderful restaurants, cafes, wine bars, food shops, bakeries and patisseries close by. You will adore your chance to live like a Parisian.

What We Offer Our Guests

We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.

The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service five times a week (Monday to Friday), a computer with high-speed internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, soap, shampoo and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).

What's Nearby

Within easy walking distance of the Louvre museum, the Left Bank, Place des Victoires, rue Montorgueil market, Place Vendome, the Seine, St. Germain des Pres, Place de la Concorde, Tuilerie Gardens.

Metro Palais Royal, a two-minute walk from the apartment, will take you anywhere in central Paris within minutes. A bus stop and taxi stand are around the corner.
