Avis important
Le gouvernement français a officiellement annoncé qu’il interdirait tous les systèmes de climatisation fonctionnant à l’eau d’ici au 1er octobre 2024 car il s’agit évidemment d’un énorme gaspillage d’eau et nous devons tous agir sur ce problème environnemental du mieux que nous pouvons.
Par conséquent, comme la quasi-totalité de nos installations sont concernées par cette nouvelle loi, nous arrêterons l’utilisation de ces unités (à ce jour, ce sont les seuls systèmes que nous sommes en mesure d’installer dans les anciens immeubles parisiens) à la date légale. En ce qui concerne le confort de nos clients, nous fournirons des climatiseurs mobiles portables, des ventilateurs ou des refroidisseurs d’air en fonction des configurations de nos appartements.
UN HAVRE DE PAIX A DEUX PAS DES CHAMPS ELYSÉES (74 m² – 796 sq ft)
Un endroit unique à côté de l’avenue la plus belle de Paris, la célèbre avenue des Champs Elysées qui se situe juste au coin de la rue. Considérée comme l’une des avenues les plus florissantes au monde et proche de toutes les principales attractions telles que l’Arc de Triomphe, la Tour Eiffel et le Louvre, il est à quelques pas de boutiques emblématiques telle que Louis Vuitton, des galeries, cafés et restaurants qui en font le lieu idéal pour une expérience parisienne authentique.
L’appartement offre un espace confortable et lumineux dans un bel immeuble en pierre de taille du début du XXe siècle. If you want to be near the Champs, this is a perfect apartment. It’s a block off the Champs, so it’s a quiet street. But all the glitz and glamour is a 2 minute walk away. Metro is super close, too. Apartment is professionally managed, good communication, well stocked. Bed linens are terrific and bath robes were so luxurious. Good water pressure. Kitchen had all the basics. Balcony was terrific and is what made the apartment the perfect Paris experience.

This was a perfect Airbnb experience. the apartment was great and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay: dishwasher, washer and dryer, plenty of towels, full kitchen, amazing balcony. the location is great, with a 4 minute walk to the Metro. spotlessly clean. great host and extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was conveniently located, a 5 min walk from the George V Metro on the Champs Elysees. Exactly as nice as described and photographed. Highly recommend, comfortable for 4 people. Would gladly book again!

We can’t say enough about this lovely apartment! We are SO glad we booked this place. It is just lovely, so comfortable, and we were really impressed with how quiet the apartment and area was in general, but especially for sleeping! The location was really nice, being so close to the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe but also really easy to hop on the Metro and navigate around Paris. We would definitely stay here again or another place with this same rental company. It is a really well run vacation rental, very professional and our trip to Paris was even more special because we stayed here! The apartment in general is quite roomy, with the rooms not being all on top of each other. There is a cute little kitchen equipped with everything you need. The elevator was also really nice to have. We felt really safe and secure the whole time.

It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The company was flexible and worked with us on our arrival and check in. Our greeter Nastasia was friendly and helpful – with everything going on in Paris at the time of our visit she provided guidance on navigating the various transportation strikes and such so that they did not take away from our planned excursions. The kids felt right at home and loved hanging out on the terrace taking in the view. The apartment had everything you’d need for a family vacation, and has a perfect location just far enough away from the loud main streets, but close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and the metro/bus stops. Would definitely stay here again!
A lovely, spacious apartment just off the Champs-Elysees. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, the metro/RER, and popular sights. Lime bike/scooter area outside the front door was perfect for exploring Paris. The apartment is quiet, well-decorated, and the terrace was huge. The washer/dryer and air conditioning was very appreciated! Our concierge, Nastasia was lovely to deal with, quick response and very friendly. I highly recommend and will stay again on a future trip!

Staying here was just perfect! After more than 10 years of Airbnb apartments and experience in various cities, I can say that this was one of my very best stays. Traveling with my two sons (16 & 18) we found this modern and attractive apartment located so perfectly and nice -close to Arc de Triomphe, subway and Paris high life. The check in with Marie and arrangement for our check out was really super friendly and helpful and everything was just perfect. We can highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day. This is a wonderful apartment near the Arc de Triomphe, but in a quiet side street. Leading down to the Champs Elysées is Washington Avenue, which has everything you could need (boulangerie, Nicolas wine, sandwich shops, traiteur, and a great little restaurant, Le Petit George). The apartment itself is less luxurious than the other PVA apts we have stayed in (not carpeted, less luxurious furniture), but that did not matter at all because of the wonderful terrasses (two!) and the fresh breeze and sunlight that came in all week. We were blessed with beautiful weather. The welcome with Fred was helpful and the cleaning woman let us sit and wait for him while she cleaned around us. The beds were heavenly, as in all PVA apartments we have stayed in. The sixth floor is nice and high up for a good view. We had a little trouble with the clothes washer and the dryer, but Fred got his handyman over quickly within a couple days to help us. The only thing we can recommend is the the household welcome manual should contain detailed, step-by-step instructions for the washer, dryer and dishwasher. Then we would not have had to call Fred to come over. We will always stay in PVA apartments when in Paris. Thank you, PVA team!
First time in Paris, and this apartment was perfect for us (two adults, two teenagers). Pre-trip information (nearby grocery, pharmacy , etc.) was extremely helpful. Check-in was flawless (despite our flight being delayed five times!). It is perfectly located to provide easy access to Paris sites, and also very quiet, restful evenings. The closest subway stop, George V, is only serviced by one subway train, but that train gives you easy access to the city’s biggest sites. Felt very safe here – both the neighborhood and the building. I would completely recommend this apartment to friends and family.
The apartment is great. Located two minutes from Champs-Elyseés, very close to restaurants, metro stations, stores and markets. The building has elevator for four people, wich is not usual in Paris (the apartment is on the 6th floor). The rooms have a good size, the kitchen is good, e and the heating was more than enough. The bathroom has a very good shower too. Fred, who hosted us, was very friendly and told us simply everything about the apartament and the region. I recommend it!

What an amazing place! Perfect location close to the George V metro stop. Guaranteed great night’s sleep thanks to the comfy beds and quiet area. Bathroom and kitchen were fantastic and allowed us to be fully self sufficient for our week in Paris. Pierre-louis gave us a great introduction to the apartment, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Fantastic location for the Viator tour we booked to Normandy. Apartment was so beautiful and made our week in Paris very special. This was our fourth rental with PVA, a company we use because we know their apartments are five star accommodations at reasonable prices.

Excellent apartment in a quiet building with a superb location. It possesses rare amenities for Paris: space, dishwasher, washer AND dryer, air-conditioning in every room, rain showers. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment (privacy). I would definitely rent it again.
Probably the best air b my family of four has stayed at and we’ve done many. Location is ideal and close to major transport links, shops, food, grocery. We did not need to communicate much with the hosts because everything we needed was there and ready to go. Literally didn’t have or need any questions. Lovely patio. Location just off the busy places so it was quiet and peaceful. Ideal for an extended family holiday or corporate stay even. Highly recommended and we hope to come again.

I could move to Paris and live in this apartment after this trip – that’s how perfect it was. From the first time I communicated with PVA I knew I found the right company to book with. I originally communicated via email with Alexandre. He was attentive, thorough and helped me book the 2 bedroom cosy apartment Champ Elysees. I was looking for this exact location bc I was running the Paris Marathon on the 17th, so I wanted to stay at a place close to the start and finish. IT WAS PERFECT! The second we landed I received a text from Pierre- Louis our greeter, he had the apartment set and was awaiting our arrival. When we pulled up to the building it was in a nice quiet location surrounded by mostly office space. Once we walked into the place it felt exactly how I expected, cosy and warm. It was actually quite bigger than I thought which was a nice bonus. Pierre-Louis greeted us with beautiful flowers and the apartment was immaculate. He walked us through and even suggested great places to eat and shop near by- he was kind with a welcoming personality-just wonderful! He really set the tone for our trip, and we got immediately excited to be in Paris! We spent a lot of time out and when we came back to the apartment it was nice to relax in such a comfortable place. And after running 42km I was so happy to walk back to apartment. We had the trip of a lifetime and we didn’t want it to end. PVA is an incredible company that exceeded our expectations. I’ve highly recommended this company to my family and my friends. Merci PVA for being a core part of our family memories. We are so grateful for your hospitality and wonderful apartment. “O apartamento é como nas fotos fica no 6 andar com elevador, é muito lindo, amplo com dois quartos com cama de casal é um sofá cama, cozinha completa, geladeira, fogão, torradeira, cafeteira, tem máquina de lavar e secar, a varanda é um charme, tem tv apenas na sala, e conta com um iPad e caixa de som. A Fanny nos recebeu no horário marcado sem dor de cabeça, recebemos um mimo com vinho e croassaint, tem apenas um banheiro mas é grande e o chuveiro excelente. O apartamento fica perto da rua Champs-Elysées muito bom a poucos metros da estação de metrô. Recomendo e certamente voltaria a me hospedar neste apartamento. É uma ótima escolha

It’s a great cozy place in a hart of the city!
The apartment is really like shown on the pictures, very lovely and very well located, very clean and equipped with everything you need and even more. The landlord is very supportive and very friendly and always reachable, overall a perfect service package.

Good location, clean and good beds and bed linen,nice kitchen with laundry,etc.
If you want to be near the Champs, this is a perfect apartment. It’s a block off the Champs, so it’s a quiet street. But all the glitz and glamour is a 2 minute walk away. Metro is super close, too. Apartment is professionally managed, good communication, well stocked. Bed linens are terrific and bath robes were so luxurious. Good water pressure. Kitchen had all the basics. Balcony was terrific and is what made the apartment the perfect Paris experience.
