An amazing place and we hope to stay there again!

This was our first time in Paris and the apartment was like a Paris dream or a scene from a movie. Felt so royal with the beautiful, tall windows over looking the gardens, and the gorgeous decorations. Historic feel, but with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean. Robes in the rooms. Location was amazing. So many restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Extremely responsive communication. Nastasia was so helpful and welcoming, despite having to wait late for us due to a severely delayed flight. Can’t say enough about this pace! By far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Absolutely the most perfect Paris vacation spot you could ask for. We will return!

The apartment we rented in the Palais Royal was well worth the price. The location is very convenient and secure. The floor plan worked well for us and the furnishings were very Parisian. We cooked dinner several times in the apartment – we purposely shopped the specialty stores for wine, bread, cheese, meat and vegetables. It was a great way to cap the adventures of the day. We’ll stay here again!

Apartment and location was ideal. In the middle of the city yet protected from the hustle and bustle with the beautiful garden. Highly recommended and hope we can come back soon.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, well equipped, private, and perfectly located within walking distance many of the main attractions. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and Fred made the check in process very easy. They provide you with both a physical notebook of instructions and local recommendations, as well as a QR codes that take you to videos and a website with all of the information you will need. We loved our stay and will book this apartment again when we return to Paris.

Six gal pals, between 55 and 79 years of age.. four are seasoned Paris travelers… all agreed our apartment environment was far superior to any past experiences in a city we all love. The location is simply the best, quality restaurant steps away, as well as cafés and shops, We averages 15,000 steps a day getting to museums, farmer markets, gardens galore. The communications started well before our arrival via messaging. Upon our arival a text from Nastasia “Welcome to Paris” she was waiting for us at the apartment to give us a tour and answer any questions.. Plus an l offer to arrange for a van to take us back to the airport on our departure.. this was a relief one less thing for us to take care of… We all highly recommend this magnificent apartment and the the people who support you are only a text away.

Beautiful apartment for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom each with a king size bed. The living room and dining room are spacious and beautiful and we used them every day. Two full baths plus a powder room. Very close to the Louvre and Île de France. A special place.

The apartment and the entire experience of staying there was absolutely fantastic. The apartment, as indicated in the listing, is located in the gorgeous and historic Palais-Royal complex. The complex also houses several historic sites, which was always exciting to walk by whenever going somewhere. The apartment overlooks the famous Palais-Royal gardens, which is a must-visit site. The apartment is centrally located in one of Paris’ finest areas. It is impossible to overstate how amazing of a location this is. Everything one needs—excellent restaurants, shops, cafés, and much more—is within a short walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and truly beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The apartment and the building in which the apartment is located are stunning sights. It is wonderful to stay in such a beautiful and historic place. The apartment had every amenity that we needed and made our trip even more special. Our greeters from the agency were generous with their time and kindly waited when our Eurostar train from London to Paris suffered practically unprecedented (to the point where it made national news in the UK) delays on the day of our arrival that caused us to make it to Paris much later than expected. They were helpful in showing us how everything worked in the apartment, were responsive in their communication when we had any questions, and provided a really useful guide with local restaurants, cafés, and places to visit. This is one of the best places to stay in Paris, and it was a privilege to be able to stay somewhere so magnificent. We plan to stay at this apartment every time we come to Paris.

Our stay was above & beyond our expectations! We took advantage of the pre-arrival grocery delivery and they got everything, texted us a couple clarifying questions on What’s App, and got us truly the MOST delicious wine! Nastasia was there on arrival; we told her our travel time from the airport. She showed us the flat. They also have a binder and QR code with all the info. The flat is in the Palais Royal overlooking the courtyard. We had a French private chef one night & he took photos of the views to show his family. It’s that impressive. The entry street is cute & quiet, & dining options below are delightful, incl Le Grand Vefour, Villalys, & Cafe Kitsune. So many more restaurants & cafes are walkable too incl, grocery, bakery, wine, etc. And walkable to sight seeing! The flat is very clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect. Well designed, fun, & full of history. Elevator & stairs; the flat itself occupies the 2nd floor. You can’t find a better flat in Paris!

This apartment was perfect for our family of five adults (we only needed three of the four bedrooms). Gorgeous location, beautiful and comfortable accommodation and smooth process. Everything in the apartment was explained to us and operated as expected. There is also a very good coffee shop just downstairs. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and can highly recommend.

This apartment is truly beautiful! The location is incredible and easily suits two families because of the separate bathroom and privacy. The bedrooms facing the garden were very quiet while the two facing the street were at times not as quiet. The gates to the garden are closed at night and pedestrians use the street side and I think that’s the reason. Don’t let it deter you. The showers are excellent. There is plentiful closet space and storage space in the bathrooms. While we were there in November I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the Spring and Summer with the windows open. Its furnishings are gorgeous. We visit Paris yearly and we’ve never stayed in a more beautiful or comfortable apartment. As usual Fred, whom we’ve met before, was very helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Loved our Paris apartment! It’s Royal Palace backyard is no joke! It has 4 bedrooms, and it is very well air conditioned. It is just a few minutes from the metro and so many delicious cafes, but it includes a well stocked kitchen! I would come back time and time again! Our hostesses were super easy to deal with! Pro tip: bring your plug converter they didn’t have any at the house, so we had to go buy some to charge our phones.

Excellent apartment with a great location. This apartment is very large with enough spaces to accommodate separate families on a group trip. The view over the Jardin du Palais Royal was great. The interior was even better than expected based on the photos. And the air conditioning works! Highly recommend.

We loved our week at the Palais Royal apartment. The spacious, immaculate apartment is on a quiet, safe street overlooking the beautiful adjacent gardens. We were warmly and promptly greeted by Fanny, our concierge extraordinaire. We had great communication with her throughout our stay. She gave us many recommendations for nearby stores and fun activities for the children. We visit Paris frequently and hope to return to this peaceful and beautifully-appointed space. Very pleased with the PVA experience.

Wonderful accommodations situated in the Palais Royal. Luxurious and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and furnishings. The PVA team were excellent in booking, check in service was seamless with lots of good communication with our representative Clara around the timing of our arrival and flight changes, and PVA aranged airport private transfer. I would certainly book with PVA again in the future.

we had an amazing stay with our family. Comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood has everything: Boulangeries, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy. Metro station is a few minutes walking. We were welcomed by the staff when checking in and kept online contact for any assistance we needed. Perfect!

Alexandre accommodated us at short notice (on the day) when our other Airbnb booking was cancelled. Communication was immediate and clear. It is a wonderful apartment on the second floor – spacious, airy, well equipped, and luxurious. The view onto the Palais gardens is breathtaking – we were there in autumn. The location is fantastic – within easy walking distance of the Louvre and Opera. Our ‘greeter’ Pierre was friendly, thorough and gave us a very warm welcome. We highly recommend Alexandre’s apartment.

The most perfect home in Paris! The place was extremely beautiful and had everything you needed. And it was also so big you can get lost! The location was also amazing. Right in Palais Royal! You wake up to the most amazing view. Check in and check out was perfect and punctual. Even though our flight arrived early before check in time, we were able to have access to one of the bathrooms to freshen up. Will definitely be back!

“I have rented apartments from Paris Vacation Apartments five different times. Each apartment has been very satisfactory. Last year we rented an apartment in Invalides and it was wonderful. This year I rented the apartment in Palis Royal and it was just fabulous! This is the most wonderful apartment ever! There were five of us – myself, my daughter and three of her friends (ladies 45-50 and myself). The apartment is huge, and furnished beautifully. It is typically upper class French, but more than that, the location is wonderful. We were within three blocks of the Louvre, metro station and taxi stand. The building is vintage and lovely. The decor is wonderfully French and we had a great time mostly due to the apartment being so nice and large enough that we were not stepping on each other while there. We all had our own space. This is a huge three bedroom apartment with fabulous large bathrooms, toilet rooms, closets, computer room, a wonderfully decorated (hand painted) dining room, kitchen with eating, entrance area and a lovely large living room. The apartment overlooks the fabulous Palis Royal gardens. We had breakfast every day in the apartment, usually lunch out and dinner cooked in or eaten out. The restaurants in the area were superb. There is a wonderful restaurant just below the apartment. There is a good elevator as the apartment is on the second floor. I actually had my own “”wing”” of the apartment as one bedroom and bath was separated from the others by the living-dining area.

The Palais Royal apartments are in such an amazing central location for the visitor to Paris. The apartments themselves have been wonderfully decorated to the highest standard and provide all the comforts of home, something you certainly don’t get in the typical hotel room. The PVA team always went above and beyond to make our visit trouble free and enjoyable, they couldn’t have been more helpful, before, during and after our stay. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

It is incredibly spacious, well appointed and had everything for a very special stay in Paris. The view over the gardens was a joy as was the location right near the Louvre, restaurants, theatres and bars. The apartment had everything we required for a comfortable stay and we loved the thoughtful extras – a bottle of wine, pastries and kitchen basics.
