LOUVRE / PALAIS ROYAL CHIC THREE BEDROOM DUPLEX

We needed 3 bedrooms & bathrooms for our group of ladies, it was perfect! The street it’s on is very quiet, which was very nice. It was walking distance to so many places that we wanted to see! The elevator was a bit finicky at times, walking up to the 4th floor was tiring after a day of sightseeing, it we managed! Communication with the property managers was fantastic, they always got right back to me when I had any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a wonderful apartment and a great place to stay while in Paris. The apartment lived up to all of our expectations. It was very clean and had wonder views of the gardens at the Palais Royal. There are many wonderful restaurants within a few blocks and the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer cooking at home. The location was great with attractions like the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, and Opera all being a short walk away. Accessing other parts of the city can be done just as easily using metro, bus, or cab all of which is close by. Our host was also great. She made sure we knew how everything in the apartment worked and was easily accessible over the course of are visit. Our family couldn’t have been happier.

Our family absolutely loved this apartment. It was beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located. Having a view of the Palais Royale Gardens can’t be beat. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the metro. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for 1 week here. The apartment was a great home base for a waking tour of Paris and was extremely quiet inside and out.

We stayed for two weeks and loved the apartment. Incredible location and the apartment had everything we needed with a beautiful view into the palace courtyard. Would definitely rent again.

The photos don’t do it justice! The perfect accommodations in the best location in Paris. Our airport transfers were flawlessly organized, and Fanny met us at the apartment for check-in to review everything. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and it was suited for all! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for such a great trip!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. We had four adults and two teenagers and we all fit comfortably and slept well in this very quiet apartment! We were extremely grateful for the air conditioning as we encountered very warm weather during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed – hair dryers, L’Occitane bath products, robes, washer and dryer with soap tablets, starter set of nespresso pods and ground coffee… it was all perfect! The location was a quick walk to the Louvre and other nearby sites.

Wow–this apartment is stunning. You’re right on the Palais Royal overlooking the courtyard. Guests from Paris visited us, and they were all impressed. All three bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were gorgeous, with lovely fixtures and oversized tubs. The living room is airy, and the apartment has beautiful energy. This is a luxurious experience. There were three of us, and the price was reasonable for all of us. The hosts are communicative and friendly. I tried grabbing it for our next trip, but it’s already booked. Jump on it if it’s available; it’s a unique experience.

El Palais Royal es una belleza, no importa la epoca del año. Adomarse por esas ventanas y ver pasear a la gente es de lo que mas me gusta en Paris. Increiblemente silencioso, y una ubicacion a mi gusto perfecta. Estuvimos una semana y no nos tomamos ni un solo metro, no taxi, todo a pie!! Hay miles de buenos restaurants a menos de 200 metros. Ya nos quedamos dos veces en este lugar, y sin dudas lo repetiremos.

We rented Palais Royale chic 3 bedroom apartment from 10-18 December, previously having stayed at several other three plus bedrooms in the same building, with PVA. The apartment configuration was perfect for our needs, and well decorated as well. Accordingly our rating for the apartment is excellent, and a special note of thanks to Nastasia for getting up early to welcome us, and being in ready contact throughout… a lovely sunny person to welcome us to Paris! I really appreciate the particular service and choice of apartments provided by PVA, whom we have stayed with since the beginning… we had a great stay in Paris, with which we are very familiar but always manage to find something new (in this case the Iris Van Herpen exhibition at MAD). We look forward to future stays with PVA and our friends will also aim to stay with you in favour of hotels… it’s a much better experience of a special city.

This place is incredible! We had a group of 8 and the kids stayed in the upstairs bedroom with the adults in the flanking bedrooms. With three full bathrooms it was easy to get everyone ready for the day. Great central point to visit everything Paris has to offer. Our host was attentive and greeted us at the door even after pushing our check-in back a day. Loved it

This apartment was amazing and perfect for our week in Paris – central location right next to the Louvre, beautiful, luxurious accommodation, plenty of room for all of us. Our greeter/property manager was excellent and assisted us whenever we needed something. We hope to be back someday! Thank you!

Beautiful accommodations! We were very comfortable and the apartment looks identical to the pictures on the listing. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. We were greeted by Fred upon our arrival and he spent considerable time showing us around the apartment. He detailed how to use the amenities and also provided a blinder full of information for us to reference. The blinder included a QR code that could provide detailed videos of how to use washer/dryer, television, etc. Very proactive! No doubt we would book this apartment again!

This spacious apt is described. The management host, who greeted us, Natasha was super friendly and responsive to our only request for improvement. At this cost point, in a luxe vacation apt, electric plug converters would have been helpful. I forgot mine, so I bought them. Lastly, face cloths/sm hand towels for guests. I travel extensively, I know many countries do not use small cloths, however, smaller towels are necessary. This was received well, it wasn’t the first time, it was suggested, I was told in response. Natasha, added a nice welcome touch of beautiful flowers and fresh croissants. the neighbor is wonderful, so many choices and of course the Louvre / royal palace gardens as described in the listing. PS The big TV and plenty of good channels was a nice bonus in the apt. My family and guests enjoyed watching” Queen Charlotte “on Netflix at the end of a long active day in the streets of Paris. Overall,a great experience l; I would not hesitate to book again.

My family and I rented the Louvre/Palais Royal Chic Three Bedroom Duplex from December 26, 2022 to January 4, 2023. The apartment was excellent in every respect. There was plenty of space for everyone and looking out over the gardens of the Palais Royal was such a special treat. Everything in the apartment was just as in the photographs. Lovely linen on the beds, a well-equipped kitchen and all clean and well looked after. Our greeter, Fred, was very helpful. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gift of champagne and chocolates on New Year’s Eve. Dealing with PVA is straightforward with prompt answers to any queries.

The apartment was spacious and light-filled, a perfect spot for our family for a week. The description of it was completely accurate, so there were no surprises. The PVA team is very responsive and helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves so much we have already booked to return in 2024. Thank you so much.

This Paris apartment delivered everything it promised. Beautiful in every detail with a location that can’t be beat. The balconies overlooking the Palais Royal Garden were the star feature. We walked everywhere, with most outings beginning with a walk through the gardens, the connecting Palais and the adjacent Louvre. Bread, groceries and restaurants were all steps away. We were a couple traveling with a single friend and used the larger downstairs bedroom and upstairs bedroom, leaving the (only slightly) smaller downstairs bedroom free for overnight visits from friends. What else…? Quiet! With the welcome exception of children’s laughter, the gardens are a generally quiet place and are closed after 9 pm. Just a lovely, fancy place.

Unique view, perfect location, we had a family vacation in a lovely space, we felt like locals, a part that in August many places are close we enjoy every moment of our stay, spacious rooms and baths.

Marvellous apartment and even more spectacular views overlooking jardin royal gardens. I had an opportunity to go for a workout in the gardens, which was unforgettable, meeting other active people working out in such stunning garden. Pure joy! Lux and clean interior with high quality amenities like Miele washing machine and dryer. Very friendly hosts with super fast responses. Walking distance to most important Parisian landmarks. The apartment could not be in a better location. Were it not for the strikes we could have taken the metro everywhere. We were greeted by Pierre-Louis and given the tour of the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and, oh my, the views of the Palais Royal, spectacular. Everything was as pictured. We even got beautiful flowers, bottle of wine, a bottle of water and lovely pastries. We loved our home in the middle of Paris. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Oh my God, this apartment has spoiled me for all other lodging! We stayed here for the last five nights of a three-and-a-half week trip to Europe, and we consciously splurged on a really nice place. It was every bit as nice as we had hoped. The description is totally accurate, and I don’t know what I can really add beyond yes, it’s really that good. Super comfortable and spacious. Amazing location. Friendly and easy check in and check out. I loved everything about my stay, and I would love to return someday!

Exceeded expectations! The apartment is lovely, very clean, well appointed and chic. Loved the artwork. Wonderful location and an easy walk to many restaurants, the Louvre, metro, etc. The view of the gardens is an added bonus to this beautiful apartment. There are 2 master suites each with a king size bed and a private bath on the first level, The second level has another king size bed and bath which was perfect for our adult children to have their own space. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Karina, who checked us in, was so professional, pleasant and helpful. Many thanks for the lovely bottle of wine, Evian water and croissants that welcomed us to the apartment; it was very thoughtful and appreciated. Our family of 5 loved staying at this apartment and it helped make our holiday to Paris a wonderful experience. Our sincerest thanks to Karina, Darla and Alexandre. We look forward to visiting again soon.

This Apartment is nothing short of outstanding. The people who run this and other similar units are simply the best, they are responsive, almost always answer on the first ring and are extraordinarily helpful. The unit was flawless and sparkling clean….newly refurburshed with a top notch location. It simply doesn’t get any better. Thank you again for such an outstanding apartment, it was excellent.
