Great location and very spacious! Clean and well managed.

We absolutely loved this apartment in the heart of Paris! It was beautiful, a convenient location (about a 5 minute walk to the Louvre and Tuileries), and close to metro stops. We loved having a 2 bed/2bath, it was very roomy, and the laundry was a lifesaver! There is AC but note that it’s only in the living room. The bedrooms have fans. We slept with AC off/windows open, which helped a lot, however be aware the street side bedroom noise can be loud off and on in the early am (it’s not a busy street at all- it was more like an occasional truck that would be loud. We like it very cold when we sleep- if you don’t, open windows likely aren’t needed). The views on the other side of apartment are beautiful- right on the Palais Royal! Fanny was so communicative; also management has a QR code that gives you video demonstrations of how to work everything- super helpful. They also left us a beautiful bottle of wine and there is a nespresso machine as well. We definitely recommend the apt!

We love your apartments and this is our second visit, but we will be coming back! Service is excellent, and Clara is fantastic.

The Palais Royal Chic Two Bedroom apartment that we stayed in was perfect. The accommodations were perfect. The location was perfect. The restaurants near the apartment were perfect. The appointments of the apartment, the bathrooms and appliances were perfect. In fact, the apartment was so perfect that we booked it for next year in June. Our host, Nastasia, introduced us to all the apartment and its amenities. She was very thorough, and later, we were able to keep in touch for a few incidental questions that we had. Paris Vacation Apartments is the most professional rental agency that we have ever worked with. We highly recommend you check out their apartments.

Everything was perfect during our February visit. Communication was timely and friendly. The location provided scenic walks to the Musée Rodin, Musée D’Orsay, Notre Dame, Rue Montorgueil, Le Marais, Galleries Lafayette, and of course the Louvre. The Jardin du Palais Royal is quiet at night/morning and provides a lovely view (note one bedroom overlooks the garden and the other Rue Montpensier, fine with us as our teenagers had the street view). The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed – we especially appreciated the bath robes and hair dryers. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else if we return to Paris, thank you so much!

Departamento muy cómodo, excelente ubicación, amplio, luminoso. Silencioso. Tenia ascensor, todo funcionaba a la perfección Pasamos una semana espectacular. my sister and I stayed in the Palais Royal chic two bedroom apartment for eight nights and absolutely loved it. The location is incredible and central to so many things. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The beds were lovely and the showers were hot with great pressure. The arrival was smooth and seamless. We would definitely rent with PVA again when we are in Paris.

Amazing stay in Paris. My 3rd time coming to Paris and this has been by far the best apartment / location I’ve been too. On a quiet but lively street in the heart of Paris. We were able to walk around everywhere from our location. The host was amazing and we felt right at home here! My next trip I will be booking this exact apartment!

Although a bit pricey, we couldn’t ask for a better apartment or location. Nastasia was there to greet us upon our arrival, and she was a pleasure to work with. Her instructions were clear and very through. We were 2 couples traveling together, and the apartment was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s a great location for the metro with a variety of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Don’t hesitate to rent this place. You won’t be disappointed!

This is the best ABB experience I have ever had, and I have had great ones before. The apartment is beautiful-light, airy, comfortable, and modern. Both beds were super comfortable, which rarely happens. The bathrooms are clean, and the water pressure is amazing! But, most importantly – location. You are one block from Louvre but on a super quiet street – no noise at night or morning. Walkable to literally everything. I did not want to leave. Both my college age daughter and my husband loved it and they never agree on anything

Paris Vacations was incredibly responsive to each one of our communique. It was so helpful to be able to get answers to every single one of our questions before our arrival. The location is wonderful, walkable to everything and on a quiet street. Apartment was gorgeous and huge by European standards! The stunning royal gardens is literally right outside the window. Clara was incredibly warm and hospitable at check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely recommend the place for future guests. If we come back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again! Thank for you a wonderful stay!

Perfect in every way

Wonderful view and conveniently located. Always responsive when we asked questions before our visit and the host was very welcoming and showed everything around the apartment when we arrived. Hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful time in Paris at this place! The location is excellent – walkable to the Louvre and central to other neighborhoods as well. Given how central the location is, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. It was well stocked in the kitchen and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property is in a wonderful location and is extremely well presented. It was well equiped with a kitchen that allowed us to buy market food and prepare our own meals. The building is centrally located and allows you to take in the sights and sounds of Paris. There are a number of Metro stations in walking distance so allowed us to head further afield. Unlike a number of properties that are advertised, the advertising matches the description in every respect. Next time I am in Paris I will come back.

The location was ideal, so close to restaurants, Louvre, Metro, Garden, Shopping, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfectly fit the description as advertised. We were met by your representative who explained everything and the notebook of suggested restaurants, sights and useful information was informative and referred to often. Private comments: We were initially concerned that only the living room had air conditioning. The air conditioning unit in the living room was strong enough to cool the entire apartment during our stay when the average afternoon high temperature was 95 degrees.

We had an AMAZING time during our week in Paris in June 2023. Our Palais Royal apartment was perfect for out family of 4 (2 adults and 9 year old boy/girl twins). The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. Our kids loved to hang out in the park behind our apartment every night. We were about 7 minute walk to the metro. Several resturants were also nearby.

Our family of 4 loved staying here in June. The apartment was spacous, clean, modern, and comfortable. Lots of room of us to spread out. Wonderful kitchen and family room to relax for a mid-day break. The air conditioning and fans kept us cool. Our greeter, Nastasia, provided a warm welcome and was so helpful when we texted with any questions during our stay. The kids loved playing in the courtyard out back each day. We loved the apartment and would definitely recommend it! If we are ever back in Paris, we will return here! Thank you for making our stay so nice!

The apartment was lovely! It is bright, open, spacious, well-equipped and in very good condition. Fred was great. He was welcoming and very informative. The building is in a great location, very close to the Louvre, the Opera. We loved the history of the building and the area. We had a fabulous vacation!

Amazing doesn’t describe this incredible home! We lived royally here. Location, beautiful, spacious (a real commodity in Paris) and well appointed sunny home. Our trip wouldn’t have been as good if we didn’t chose this home. Well worth every penny. The host (Fanny) was wonderful to communicate with, always responding to us and extremely helpful and kind! Alexandre’s place was absolutely amazing. It was just steps from the Louvre and surrounded by phenomenal restaurants. We were greeted by Clara who was exceptional! She was extremely accommodating as we had some issues at the CDG train station which delayed our arrival. She had so many tips and recommended a fantastic restaurant for our first night in Paris. Again, we couldn’t have asked for a better location traveling g with 2 kids we were a stones throw away from all the tourist spots. The view from the living room and bedroom is something you can look at for hours on end. The apartment itself was spacious for four of us and spotless. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Excellent ***** in every way! We were so pleased that our apartment was even livelier than in the photos- gorgeous furnishings and decor with all appliances and fixtures high-end. Excellent location and, importantly, very, very quiet. Dual paned windows and quiet street. Very, very pleased and will absolutely stay here again in the future. And greater, Fanny, was lovely and helpful. Booking process was smooth, too. Perfection, start to finish!

A very convenient and well located apartment in Palais Royal with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay. Also want to highlight how clean and well maintained the apartment is, the PVA staff is friendly and true experts of a Paris vacation experience. We will go again!

Daria was very helpful in orienting us regarding the apartment and the usage of the appliances, letting us know where the grocery/shopping are located, and providing us with a bottle of wine and croissants. She assured us that if we needed anything she was available just a phone call away. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It is situated to many tourist destinations in walking distance. We enjoyed walking in the garden. On our last day, the Magnolia trees began to bloom. Wish we have stayed longer. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely would stay in the Palais-Royal apartment again. Merci Beaucoup!

The apartment was in a wonderful location! Not far from area where taxis and bus transportation was easy to get. The building had a small elevator which made it possible for a member of our group who has mobility issues to get easily up and down. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. (from pots and pans to spices, coffee and tea!) The rain shower faucets in the showers were great after a chilly visit to the Eiffel tower or the Louvre. Apartment was nicely furnished and even had a first aid kit in case it was needed. The washer and dryer came in handy and made our stay very easy (especially for one of our members who had lost a suitcase!) It was easy to communicate with the rental folks and they were helpful in showing us how to make everything work. Daria was a wonderful representative and very helpful! We used the Apple Ipad that was in the apartment to check out details of where we were going on a particular day, We were happy that there was an extra USB charging chord making it easy for everyone to keep their phones charged. The view from the apartment, into the courtyard of the former palace was amazing. We can only think about how beautiful it would be in April/May with everything in bloom. Great documents about what was in the area. Since the apartment is in the theater district, there were many nice places to eat nearby. If we return to Paris (and we hope we can) we would stay in this luxury apartment in a minute! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
