MARAIS LUXURY TWO BEDROOM

Absolutely beautiful apartment and incredible location. It’s a perfectly spacious layout and our family of four was very comfortable. Everything is pristine and the stay was very luxurious. Highly recommend the place for anyone seeking a perfect apartment in an exciting neighborhood.

We loved this apartment. It’s spacious and immaculate, and the location can’t be beat. The neighborhood has a fantastic residential feel along with tons of great stores and dining options. The metro is only a 5-minute walk away and you’re close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. Plus our greeter (Fanny) was incredibly kind and helpful. If you have a chance to stay here, I wouldn’t pass it up.

The apartment was amazing and without fault. The size, presentation, quality of fixtures and fittings and cleanliness were all 5 star. The apartment is in a great location with everything you need on your doorstep or a short walk away. The booking process from start to finish was excellent, the communication, particularly responses to emails was the best I have ever encountered. I’ve been to Paris more times than I can remember but this was my first time booking with PVA and also the first time staying in the Marais, both were great experiences and I will definitely be choosing this apartment again the next time I’m in Paris.

We absolutely loved the apartment! It was huge and well appointed with everything we needed, from hair dryers, to irons, washer/dryer, nespresso, kettle, coffee and tea, L’Occitaine shampoo/conditioner/bath gel/lotion, great beds and sheets, everything! You thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The location was also perfect with 2 great restaurants at the foot of our stairs and notre dame just a 15 minute walk away, for example. We used the metro a lot as well and St Paul was just a 6 minute walk. We had a nephew come stay for a few days and he slept comfortably on the couch. The apartment is super clean and felt very safe with the double dead bolts, and the Marais seemed very safe overall. We loved Fred who met us Day 1 and showed us how to use all the appliances, etc, and we appreciated the little videos you had recorded for reminding us what he showed us (and used one of them!). I also loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. I can’t think of anything we lacked. Oh and the wine, flowers and croissants was also a very nice touch and all were enjoyed! We will recommend your apartments to everyone ! Thank you for all your efforts to make our Paris vacation perfect.

It’s my second visit in 6 months to the apartment which seems to have been recently renovated with the newest fixtures and appliances. It is also beautifully decorated in a mid modern style. The location on the right bank is close to the Seine, making it walking distance from so many important sites in Paris. The staff is friendly and helpful. If needed, there is always someone available to help answer questions. I would recommend it to anyone.

What a fantastic apartment! It is in a great location, in the heart of Le Marais. The apartment is spacious, with two very comfortable bedrooms and a large, well furnished living room. The kitchen is modern and well appointed, the showers in both bathrooms are excellent, and the appliances (which include a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) are high quality and easy to use. The PVA team is great to work with. Looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful and spacious apartment in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Paris. We could walk most anywhere on the narrow and ancient streets of the Marais. Lovely shops, restaurants and museums were nearby. We loved the space so much that we made dinner a couple nights from the local markets and the poissonnier. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed and maintained apartment.

This apartment was amazing! Even nicer in person and much bigger than I thought it was going to be. I went with my husband and in-laws. Lots of room to spread out and have privacy from each other when we wanted to. Big beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. We did not cook because there are too many good restaurants in the area, but we had everything we needed for the kitchen. Le Marais is my favorite area in Paris and this location was so central to everything. Lots of great shopping nearby as well as tons of restaurants. Our host Marie met us at the apartment and took us on a tour and showed us how to use all the appliances, and how to open and lock our door. Check in and check out were very easy. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

wonderful location in the Marais. Lots of restaurants, boutiques, shopping, food markets in this hip, multicultural area. The apartment is very spacious, modern and meticulously clean. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with coffee, expresso, sugars and cleaning supplies Looking forward to returning to Paris and staying in this exceptional apartment

This is the best apartment I’ve ever stayed at in Paris. Everything – from the location to the service to the aesthetic – it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this location and will definitely book it again next time I am in fabulous Paris!

The apartment was ideal for our family of 4, including 2 small children. The apartment is very large and provided many amenities for a family traveling. We knew ahead of time we wanted to stay in the Marais, such an ideal base location! We would absolutely stay here again!

This apartment was fantastic. It is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The layout and location of the apartment could not be better – bedrooms are separated so there is complete privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped, and a very impressive size compared to most Paris kitchens. There was plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The Bastille market was very convenient and so were the nearby grocery stores. This was our second stay with parisvacationapartments and we will certainly use their services again. This is a top-notch operation!!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 girls ages 9 and 11)! The location was incredible – so accessible to all of Paris, lots of great restaurants and shops, yet quiet at night. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable and spacious and had everything you need! Our host Natasia welcomed us when we arrived with a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine and some fresh pastries which were so needed after an overnight flight. Natasia was so friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Paris!! Loved everything about it!

What an incredible apartment! The furnishing have everything you need and then some! The apartment is very large and absolutely beautiful! And the location can’t be beat! With restaurants and shopping just out the front door, a metro stop two blocks away, and the liveliness of the Marais just out the window, this location has it all! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier with our vacation! Will definitely return to this location!!

This apartment was huge, spotless, and perfect for our stay in Paris. Very centrally located in a great neighborhood in Paris (Le Marais) with lots to do just steps from your doorstep. The inside was beautiful with tons of space for our family of four.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Very well positioned in the warm Le Marais, we could reach every spot on foot. Many take-away restaurants nearby. The order process, the check-in, the check-out and the overall communication was perfect.

Great stay and location.

We stayed at this fabulous apartment for one week and it was perfect for us. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and absolutely huge! The bathrooms are large and the showers have great water pressure. Since we visited in July, we appreciated the air conditioning on hot days. Metro stations are close by and the neighborhood is very fun. Our teenage daughter enjoyed all the vintage shops in Le Marais. If you have a teen, send them to the Kilo Shop and they will be happy! We also enjoyed the Carnavalet Museum. It’s an excellent, interesting museum that we wouldn’t have visited if we weren’t so close to it. We had breakfast at Camille downstairs each day. There is also a lovely crepe restaurant downstairs called Suzette that we enjoyed. Fanny, our greeter, was extremely helpful, introducing us to the apartment and the neighborhood. She showed us where the closest covid tests were located, since we needed to have covid testing before flying home. Overall it was a fabulous vacation and we loved coming home to this beautiful apartment at the end of each day. We have stayed at many, many Airbnb’s over the years, and this apartment is easily one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
