Avis important
Le gouvernement français a officiellement annoncé qu’il interdirait tous les systèmes de climatisation fonctionnant à l’eau d’ici au 1er octobre 2024 car il s’agit évidemment d’un énorme gaspillage d’eau et nous devons tous agir sur ce problème environnemental du mieux que nous pouvons.
Par conséquent, comme la quasi-totalité de nos installations sont concernées par cette nouvelle loi, nous arrêterons l’utilisation de ces unités (à ce jour, ce sont les seuls systèmes que nous sommes en mesure d’installer dans les anciens immeubles parisiens) à la date légale. En ce qui concerne le confort de nos clients, nous fournirons des climatiseurs mobiles portables, des ventilateurs ou des refroidisseurs d’air en fonction des configurations de nos appartements.

Une rue résidentielle traditionnelle parisienne, au calme, à deux pas du Bon Marché rive Gauche et dans le même temps au cœur du centre de Paris, à quelques minutes de nombreux musées, restaurants et commerces. Stayed at this apartment for a week during the last week in October with 2 friends. Fred was timely in providing a walk thru of the apartment. The apartment is spacious with a fully functional kitchen and laundry. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants. The upscale Bon Marche shopping and grocery is a couple of blocks away. And the metro stop (St. Francis Xavier) is only a couple of blocks away. The three bedrooms with king beds are as described. Fred, Natasha and Fanny were very responsive, friendly and helpful when I had questions. I appreciate the extra touches of fresh flowers, fresh pastries wine and hospitality. Thumbs up.

Pros: Walking distance to two metro stations, Musee d’Orsay, and Carrefour market. Nice restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious apartment and living area perfectly for 6 adults, queen beds in three rooms. Flexible arrival time can drop off luggages if you come straight from airport. Respond to messages promptly. Con: Locates in ground floor and bedroom windows facing street, if you are not super super sensitive to voices at midnight, this is perfect space for you.

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful apartment! It looks exactly like the photos, very modern and welcoming. It had plenty of space for our family of 6 (3 adult couples) to relax after long days touring Paris and surrounding towns. The bedrooms have a lot of closet and shelf space and the beds are very comfortable. (I’m very picky about comfy bedding and I loved it! 🙂 Even though there is no AC in the bedrooms, each room has its own fan so it was never uncomfortable. The AC in the living area worked very well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and helpful at arrival showing us all we needed to know and sharing a binder full of local recommendations. Location is perfect and being right next to the Prime Minister’s residence, there were always police officers patrolling the area so we felt very safe. We have traveled many countries, staying in Airbnbs, and this was absolutely one of our favorites! Highly recommend!

We loved the apartment and our 8 night stay in Paris. We were there primarily for the French Open Tennis Tournament at Roland Garros. The apartment was very convenient (less than 10 minute walk) to the number 10 Metro which takes you out to the stadium. There is a bakery, helpful pharmacy and grocery store within a block or two. Plus Bon Marche and the La Grande Epicerie practically around the corner. We highly recommend the restaurant just a few doors down from the apartment, La Table d’Akihiro. If you like fish with an intimate ambience, you will enjoy this experience. Everything about this apartment was just perfect.

We have just enjoyed our fourth booking with Paris Vacation Apartments and this year, we had the pleasure of staying in the 7th arrondissement. Nastasia, our greeter, met us at the apartment upon our arrival and continued check in with us during our stay. The chic, rare main floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was nicely appointed with all the conveniences of home. What we like about PVA is that this organization maintains a standard of excellence from linens to towels to other furnishings compared with other vacation rental organizations. Our friends who joined us thoroughly enjoyed our Parisian home. Without question and without hesitation, we recommend PVA and sure wish that they had properties in other locations in France like Cannes and Nice!

The apartment met and exceeded our expectations. All communications prior to our arrival were excellent and all queries answered. The apartment had quality bed and lines and everything we required in the kitchen to make our01 day stay so enjoyable. The apartment was warm and cozy with comfortable lounge seating and table and chairs for 6. Bathrooms also contained quality towels and l’Occitane products. We were met my Marie who walked us through the appliances, general facilities and general information about the neighbourhood., The book also contained all details we required for shopping, metro and details on the area. We would definitely come back to this apartment in a flash! Well done team at PVA.

Great apartment – well appointed with quality furnishings, linens and kitchen appliances. Great washing machine and dryer. Well laid out apartment with 3 good size bedrooms all with king beds. A pretty view into the courtyard. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood – even the renovations across the road did not disturb. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent communications with the agent and staff.

This was the perfect place for our week-long stay in Paris. We had four adults and two children, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment is between two nearby metro stops and was immaculately clean. I can’t say enough about how clean it was. I have high expectations, and they were met. Everything you could need was provided. The welcome bottle of wine and flowers was a lovely touch. We were short walks away from cafes, patisseries, and grocery stores, but it stayed quiet, especially at night. I would absolutely stay at this apartment again, or any of the Paris Vacation Apartment properties. This was the best vacation rental experience (out of many) that I’ve had.

We were a family of 6 vacationing from the US and absolutely loved everything about this apartment! Fred was the perfect greeter and gave us a nice bottle of wine and flowers on our arrival. The apartment is very modern, spacious, and in a nice location with many great restaurants and the Bon Marche within a few short blocks. We hope to stay here again on a future vacation since we enjoyed the apartment and Paris so much!

This apartment is located in a quiet, very secure, location and is in short walking distance to the metro (preferred method of travel around the city). The 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, dining and living area were large enough to handle our family of 4 adults and a 13 years old. The apartment was modern and offered all the kitchen item for preparing complete meals. Everything worked and made our visit to Paris easy and enjoyable for family. Additionally, there are many restaurants and a major shopping mall within 8 minute walk. I would stay in this apartment on our next visit to Paris.

Such a wonderful location and enjoyable stay! Three generations on holiday and the accommodations were excellent for our needs. The unit was well designed, the beds were comfortable, and having a washing machine/dryer made a big difference. We could walk to many places and the transit system was nearby. Located in a quiet street within walking distance of four Metro stations, Les Invalides, many restaurants and shopping boutiques is the perfect place to stay in Paris. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great beds and linens. Two modern full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a large shower. Great fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor location is perfect. Fanny, our Paris Vacation Apartments hostess was charming and gave us all the information we needed about the apartment. We were welcomed with a bouquet of fresh flowers and an excellent bottle of wine. She also arranged our transportation to the airport. This company is easy to deal with, very professional and they respond to communications immediately. I will definitely stay in this apartment again, and highly recommend PVA to anyone planning to rent an apartment for a holiday in Paris.

Appartement parfait pour 6 personnes, très calme, literie parfaite, seul point négatif rideau des chambres pas assez opaque. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, tout est parfait et très propre. Le quartier juste derrière Matignon est très calme et à deux pas de st Germain…bref nous y reviendrons

What a great place to stay. Great apartment in one of the best places in Paris. Few blocks from bon marche. Near a couple of metro stations and just a few minutes from D’orsay. You will also find supermarket very close from the apartment. Will come back for sure

We stayed at Alexandre’s place at the beginning of September. The location is amazing its close to Le Bon Marche and the famous Grand Epicerie, there are a lot of cool restaurants near by and there is a very good metro connection. The apartment as such is beautifully decorated with a very contemporary almost Scandinavian vibe. Upon arrival we were greeted with flowers and a bottle of wine. Its incredibly clean and we felt more than welcome. Would love to come back.

Wonderful apartment. Very comfortable and very clean. Everything you need to enjoy a great stay in Paris. Close to the Metro and grocery stores. Quiet and safe neighborhood. PVA staff was great to work with and look forward to renting with them again.

Vivienda ideal para viaje con niños (4 niños) o con adultos hasta 3 parejas, con dos baños perfectamente equipados ( raro en Francia). Muy limpio y cómodo. Situado a 10 minutos andando de Les Invalides y a 20 minutos de la Tour Eiffel.

Apartment was new and clean, very close to metro station and supermarket. Also very close to BonMarche. Very convenient. Some good restaurants nearby. Quiet during the night. Recommended.

Excellent stay at the Saint Germain/Bon Marche apartment! Plenty of room for 5 (two couples and a single). The photos of the apartment exactly matched the actual experience: very bright and roomy. This place is clearly operated by professionals (Paris Vacation Apartments). Check-in was friendly and informative. Very useful binder of information about the apartment, important phone numbers, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the drapes blocked light nicely. Lots of closet space in the bedrooms, with plenty of room to maneuver around the bed. We all slept very well. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, etc. We actually cooked dinner once! Location is on a quiet one-way street. Several bistros nearby. There’s an excellent patisserie only a 2 minute walk away. There are 3 Metro stations covering 3 different lines, only a 10-15 minute walk away. It’s location is perfect in safty, shopping, traffic, and sightseeing. Alexandre’ house is very clean and comfortable. In spite of late arrival on Sunday, Pierre-Louis welcomed us with beautiful roses, croissants and wine. He is so kind and accurate. We could go most of sightseeings by foot or bus and metro within 30 min. It was great time. Thank you so much. I will be back to this house next visit Paris. It is the best staying within my four-time-visit Paris.
