Loved everything about my stay on Rue Madame! I was greeted with a bottle of water and wine, a bouquet of flowers, and the most delicious bread from La Parisienne on the corner. (Side Note: This led to me buying bread and pastries and a sandwich from the Boulangerie every day for the rest of the week!) The area was perfectly located in walking, bus, or metro distance. It was quiet at night on the streets and yet I still felt safe walking alone. The studio had everything I needed and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Felt like my home away from home for the week with a host being only a text message away if I needed anything! Will return in the future. Highly recommended!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming studio in a truly lovely neighborhood. The apartment itself was pleasant, bright, nicely tastefully decorated, well equipped, and remarkably quiet. As always, the professionals at Paris Vacation Apartments went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable—both before our arrival and after. Fanny and Alex couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We’ve stayed in PVA apartments twice before, and always enjoyed the opportunity to stay in their thoughtfully chosen and decorated apartments in extraordinarily nice surroundings. My husband and I just returned from a week’s stay and the studio exceeded our expectations! The property manager met us promptly for check in and greeted us with flowers and wine. Such a nice touch! Bed was extremely comfortable and shower pressure was great. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was great! It was located in a peaceful part of Paris near many cafes and shops. The host was very responsive and aided us in having a great visit! The space was very clean and was perfect for a studio apartment.

Living like a Parisian is wonderful. Everything we could want was within a few blocks and the Luxembourg Gardens served as our living room the entire stay. Clara was very helpful and the accommodations were very comfortable

Staying in a PVA apartment gives you the opportunity to be comfortable, but independent–to make Paris your own special place. The St. Germain Chic Studio works great for us; we have stayed there several times. It’s close to 2 different Metro lines, and next-door to Luxembourg Gardens. It’s an easy walk to the Bon Marche and Saint Sulpice, and you can feel safe walking back from an evening concert in the dark. PVA takes good care of you–and they want you to have a great experience. You can trust them! P.S. Don’t miss the wonderful Marin Montagut shop just a couple of doors away; it’s special!

My 4th stay with PVA and it won’t be the last. Well prepared apartments in excellent locations (St Germain always for me). Excellent, reliable company to deal with. This studio is my favourite to date – location, location, location! Surrounded by everything I come to Paris for: food, shopping, walking, living like a local. Two handy metro lines make access to the Right Bank easy so all of Paris is at your disposal.

A fantastic apartment in a great location! The elevator to the third floor was really helpful for us and the apartment is really well set up with everything you might need to have a comfortable stay. Great communication with the team for checking in. Highly recommend!

The Rue Madame apartment is in a wonderful location: close to two Metro stops, around the corner from a great boulangerie, and close enough to Luxembourg Gardens for an evening stroll. Though it’s a studio, the apartment has everything you need, and enough space that you won’t have to stumble over your suitcases. It’s light and bright, and the elevator is a bonus for transporting your luggage up and down when you arrive and depart! This is not our first stay in this apartment, and it won’t be our last!

The apartment is in a great location very near the Luxembourg Gardens. It is nicely decorated with a good sized shower and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Good Communications. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We have already recommended PVA to friends. Fred was very helpful. We are familiar with Paris but we were very impressed with the guidebook included in the room — it would be invaluable to anyone hoping to discover Paris and the 6e/7e arrondissements.

This a great place in the Latin Quarter of Paris. There is an amazing boulangerie close for breakfast and coffee.

Perfectly located a block from the Luxembourg Garden, on the northwest side, the studio is exactly as advertised. It’s a quiet and charming space in an elevator building. I stayed for two weeks, and it lived up to my expectations. Check in was simple, and communication was quick. I would stay again. One thing to note, the king bed is two twins pushed together in a single bed frame

Highly recommend- we stayed here for a week and it is perfect for two travellers. Exactly as described and pictured. Pierre-Louis was really helpful with restaurant recommendations and such a nice touch to provide fresh flowers, croissants and a bottle of red wine. Excellent location just minutes from the Luxembourg gardens and an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby. Two supermarkets close by but still a nice quiet neighbourhood. Convenient Location in a quite building right around the corner from Luxembourg Gardens and Sainte-Germaine shopping.

The apartment was very well set up and had enough room for us but we do not travel with very big bags! The building is secure and in an area we like a lot. It is a quiet street with a nice bar/café at one end and good boulangerie opposite café. We would definitely rent this apartment again for just two of us.

I stayed in this apartment for six days and was fantastic! It’s perfect for a person or couple traveling alone, and the location can not be beat. Right next to Luxembourg gardens and very close to two different metro stops. It’s in a very safe and quiet residential street, but there are restaurants and stores in the next street over. Lovely bakery and two grocery stores down the street. When I come back to Paris I will definitely look to stay here again.

It was a short 100m walk to one of the best patisserie’s around, a wonderful cafe patronised by locals, and to two excellent supermarkets. St Germain is of course a pleasant walk to so many of the top sights in Paris. The hospitality of PVA team was exceptional. We were welcomed in on arrival, and provided flowers, bread and wine. Even better the instant response on two occasions we requested assistance was remarkable. Arriving home to a mobile air conditioner when the early heatwave hit was incredible. I would never waste time again searching other platforms. We will rent again from PVA in a heartbeat!

The service from the PVA team was fantastic, from the time the booking was made (with all the excellent material re local food, businesses, etc) to the meet and greet when we arrived. Paris vacation apartments are a very professional organisation , in my opinion they just do everything right , Right from the booking procedure to departure . The apartment is wonderful , very clean and very well appointed . It was very easy living for the two weeks that I was in Paris . Parking as anywhere in Paris can be a little difficult but , I always found a place on rue Madame . I will not hesitate to book with Paris Vacation Apartments when I return to Paris.

Lovely place and great location! Right next to Luxembourg Gardens, easy walk to the Sein, and a lot of great little cafes nearby. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood with lots of charm.

This studio apartment is beautiful and modern. Alexandre and his team do a wonderful job at making you feel welcome and comfortable. Fred was waiting to meet us when we arrived and thoroughly explained all the amenities before he left. He left his number in case we had any questions or needed a suggestion or a reservation. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to lay our heads each night!

We loved our stay! Perfect for my husband and I, as we didn’t need a lot of space but it was just the right size for us 🙂 Everything was clean, all the appliances worked, and it was such a nicely decorated studio. Would definitely recommend a stay here

A perfect apartment for 2 people exploring Paris. Close to restaurants and points of interest. Very clean and comfortable!

We stayed at the Chic St. Germain studio apartment on Rue Madame, and it was wonderful! The location was perfect: a quiet neighborhood next to the Luxembourg Garden, yet easily accessible to the rest of the city. It was always quiet, and windows opened on to a quiet courtyard, which allowed us to keep the windows open at night. The bed was comfortable, and the small kitchen area was adequate for breakfast in the morning, and cheese and baguette at night. The shower was the best we’ve ever had in Paris (this is the fourth apartment we’ve rented). Do look for drying rack under the bed. There is no air conditioning, so the apartment may be hot in the summer. Best of all, it was just a couple of doors away from La Parisienne boulangerie with the best baguettes and pretty good croissants!

The apartment was delightful, the location excellent for us to explore the 6th which we did by metro, bus, and foot. Clara and Daria were both helpful. I did struggle with how the phone worked. The information provided by email and in the notebook was very useful.

We enjoyed our St. Germain Chic Studio apartment from January 10-16th. We would say it is an excellent choice for visiting Paris. The apartment is comfortable for a stay and located well for being close to major sites in the city within walking distance.

Alexandre’s apartment worked out great for us. It’s located on a quiet street with restaurants and markets within walking distance. You can’t ask for a better check in experience. There is a washer/dryer combo. Which came in very handy. I definitely would recommend this apartment for a couple. Excellent customer service.

Very well located in the 6th. One minute from the Luxembourg garden. Within 4 minutes walking to the Saint Sulpice. Lots of fantastic restaurants , coffee shops and chocolatiers within walking distance. Shopping of all kid around. Very good hospitality, a warm and punctual welcome . The studio, though quite small, is very well provided and organized. Very good and comfortable bed. To summarize we had a great time. Thank you Alexandre.

What a perfect little studio for our week in Paris! The bed was amazing and the unit was in a nice, quiet & secure building. The location was both fabulous and affordable. The little (very little) elevator was appreciated especially on the days we came back from hiking up the stairs at Eiffle Tower or some of the other great sights in Paris. The unit is in a quiet building and it was no problem to leave our windows open during the night to keep things cooler during the unusual heat wave we had. A Monoprix and Carrefour store are around the corner for any groceries needed. There are several bakeries within a block or two. The nearby Luxembourg Garden is a lovely green space to relax in or enjoy a sandwich lunch – it was one of the nicer green spaces we saw in Paris. Access to the metro/RER/buses & bike rentals are all within a couple of blocks. If you are looking for a classic Paris studio and don¹t have any issues with mobility, this is a great choice from which to explore all

I stayed in PVA’s to rent studio apt in sept for 8 nights on St Germais des Pres , a stone’s throw from the magnificent Jardin du Luxembourgit was the most beautiful elegant studio- modern kitchen and bathroom , quiet ,  super clean, it missed nothing!!! The service was superb and welcoming and i would stay there any time!! So I would give it a BIG 10 and can not wait to go there again.Flowers, little lemon tarts- the bakery was closed the day I arrived – usually croissants are awaiting you – and a bottle of very good wine everything was as advertised , only better

Impeccable service provided by PVA.  Fresh flowers, red wine, and croissants on arrival – charming!  Checked in by Fanny, who provided us with lots of local info, and arranged our departure transport to the airport. This studio apartment is compact (about the size of a deluxe hotel room).  The small kitchen was adequate for breakfasts & snacks (who wants to cook when in Paris anyway?).  The washer/dryer in the bathroom was a bonus, but a clothes airing rack as well would have been convenient.  Great location with nearby bakery, patisserie, and restaurants aplenty.  Walked everywhere. Our week in Paris came at the end of three months travelling in Europe, so easy internet access and free international phone calls to land lines in Australia were greatly appreciated. We will definitely rent through Paris Vacation Apartments again – perhaps a one bedroom for a little more space next time.

This was our second experience using PVA, having stayed at the il St. Louis two bedroom the year before with another couple, so I knew to expect another great experience and I was not disappointed. The communication from the very first email, through the payment and contracting process, the days leading up to our arrival, the seamless introduction to the apartment, and the checking out process was perfect.  The staff does their utmost to respond to whatever needs you may have before and during your stay.  No request seems too small! The studio itself is on the small side, but suited our needs for our week in Paris on our own.  It is in a totally safe area, easy to reach, quiet and attractive.  There is a tiny kitchen that has everything you need to eat food you bring in from outside, including a microwave, and a two-burner stove.  The popular and delicious Bread & Roses is so close, we went everyday to bring home quiches and breads and pastries to eat in our little studio. ” My fiancee and I had a lovely week in Paris in late March – early April 2010, staying at the St. Germain Chic Studio apartment on Rue Madame.  The location couldn’t be beat – centrally located to everything St. Germain has to offer, a wonderful home base for exploring the entire city and a great place to comeback to after a long day of sightseeing.  The apartment was clean and looked just as it was represented on the website. The staff at Paris Vacation Apartments was professional and eager to assist in any way to make sure our vacation was memorable. Prior to arriving, the team provided print materials that gave us an excellent overview of the neighborhood and instructions on how best to get to the apartment from the airport.  Upon arrival to the apartment, Fred greeted us in front of the apartment to welcome us and help us with our luggage.  He showed us how all the apartment amenities worked (i.e., shower, washing machine, windows, door lock, etc.), answered all of our que stions about the neighborhood, and even offered his recommendations on restaurants, cafes, etc..  Upon our departure, the staff arranged for a taxi pick up to the airport.  All-in-all, a wonderful experience.  We couldn’t imagine staying any place other than a Paris Vacation Apartment when visiting the city in the future.

Alex & Isis never fail to surprise and delight us. This is our third time renting from Paris Vacation Apartments. Our stay in this delightful apartment was made possible because of the thoughtful touch to all the apartment’s decoration, as well as the equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, even a laptop!). The location is excellent as it is only a stone’s throw to the RER. Yes, we will seek out Alex & Isis for our future stay in Paris!

I visit Paris fairly regularly and have stayed in several vacation apartments managed by different agencies. This is, by far, the best apartment I have stayed in. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated & equiped with everything, including a wonderful shower, a very comfortable bed, washer/dryer & perfect little kitchen. Everything was top quality. Alex, Isis & their staff thought of everything. They are most professional & cannot be more accommodating. I look forward to staying in their rue Madame apartment again
