Le gouvernement français a officiellement annoncé qu’il interdirait tous les systèmes de climatisation fonctionnant à l’eau d’ici au 1er octobre 2024 car il s’agit évidemment d’un énorme gaspillage d’eau et nous devons tous agir sur ce problème environnemental du mieux que nous pouvons.
Par conséquent, comme la quasi-totalité de nos installations sont concernées par cette nouvelle loi, nous arrêterons l’utilisation de ces unités (à ce jour, ce sont les seuls systèmes que nous sommes en mesure d’installer dans les anciens immeubles parisiens) à la date légale. En ce qui concerne le confort de nos clients, nous fournirons des climatiseurs mobiles portables, des ventilateurs ou des refroidisseurs d’air en fonction des configurations de nos appartements.

Un emplacement incroyable au cœur du quartier de Saint-Germain-des-Prés, à deux pas du Jardin du Luxembourg et de Saint Sulpice. La rue Honoré Chevalier est une toute petite rue, charmante et calme à quelques encablures de l’animation du marché Saint-Germain. Le quartier de Saint-Germain-des-Prés reste «l’âme de Paris» et le berceau des Arts graphiques et littéraires, vous trouverez de nombreuses galeries d’art et librairies dans ce quartier vivant à l’énergie communicative. A lovely apartment in the 6eme near the Jardin de Luxembourg. A real neighborhood where the sounds of children going to school were a lovely distraction. Great restaurants nearby, a 12 minute walk to the Seine and from there all of the sights of the Right Bank. We’ll be back!

I had a 5-star ***** experience. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and a great neighborhood. How fun to walk to an excellent patisserie, which is 500 ft. from your door and explore all the little neighborhood streets in the evening. I look forward to returning next year.

Our experience with PVA was outstanding!! The apartment was even better than the photos – roomy with lots of windows and light, filled with clean, quality furnishings and decorations and Parisian charm. The air conditioning, and appliances worked perfectly and the kitchen was well-stocked. The location by the Luxembourg Gardens and St.Sulpice was perfect – central to major tourist sites but with a neighborhood feel close to charming shops and restaurants. Our PVA liaison Fred met us on arrival, walked us through the apartment’s features and was available throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location on a quiet street just a block from Jardin du Luxembourg. Close to cafes, bakeries, grocery. The PVA staff was terrific! Marie met us at the apt with fresh flowers, a bottle of (good!) wine, croissants – showed us how everything around the apt worked, answered questions about the area, etc. we felt welcomed and immediately loved the area. The apt has charm, tall ceilings and beautiful windows that drench it in natural light, spacious well equipped kitchen and a nice sized dining area. Two large bedrooms and two big (updated) bathrooms. Lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. It was perfect for two couples.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for the month of April ’23. We liked it so much we’re renting again! The apartment is roomy enough for us to host guests (two bathrooms!) as well as to have two people working on zoom calls. The neighborhood has to be one of the best in Paris — if you value great restaurants and proximity to a beautiful park like Luxembourg. The apartment is close enough to walk to major tourist attractions but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s an expensive rental, but a great value if want space, comfort, and high quality furnishings.
We couldn’t have been happier with our apartment. Even though we had a 3 1/2 flight delay arriving in Paris, Nastasia was still at the apartment to greet us. We appreciated her taking the time to explain where things were located and how the appliances worked. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom heaters for a few days. Nastasia was able to provide great assistance for that problem. We felt there was wonderful attention to little details that a traveler and visitor might need. I had to continue working while in Paris. I greatly appreciated the little work table and internet connection. We also want to give our compliments to the shuttle service that was arranged for our arrival and departure. We were several hours late when we arrived. The shuttle driver was still waiting for us and provided excellent service to the apartment. We asked Nastasia to schedule the shuttle service for a 6:30 AM departure from the apartment on 01/04/23. Our driver was there on time. Once we were to the airport he collected our bags and walked with us into the airport. He walked with us to the entry gate for out flight. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We certainly will use Paris Vacation Apartments again when we hopefully return to Paris.
A wonderful apartment in a wonderful area . Excellent apt , five stars . The apt is very comfortable and is perfect for a family of five . The large kitchen was an added bonus. As usual Parisvacationapartments is a very professional company and looked after us extremely well. Paris is always a good idea and so too is this company!
Great location and large, well furnished apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Staff, especially our greeter Fred, was very helpful and friendly. PVA arranged transportation to and from the apartment for check-in and check-out, and that worked out perfectly.
The apartment was perfection; location was wonderful, with easy access to Metros, shopping and the Luxembroug Gardens. The layout of the apartment was also excellent with two bedrooms, two baths, and an eat in kitchen. Plenty of room for all four of us to relax and enjoy the environs. We would rent this apartment again!

This apartment is a jewel of a place. So clean, bright and charming. Plenty of room for four, with a well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and little extras to make your stay memorable.

This apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Its location on a lovely and quiet street is one of its best features. A walk in any direction will reward you with beautiful sights, and the neighborhood is filled with many wonderful shops and restaurants to discover. It is steps from the Luxembourg gardens and Saint-Sulpice. The air-conditioning was a godsend during our visit as the daily temperatures were in the 90s. Our greeter, Fanny, was warm, friendly and well-versed in the features of the apartment and the attractions and conveniences of the neighborhood. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. The pictures online are beautiful, but it is actually much larger and spacious than the pictures indicate. It is very well equipped. The appliances in the kitchen are new or in great condition and work very well. There are enough pots, pans. plates to prepare meals for a family. Air conditioners worked well even as temperatures reached 106F/41C. Paris Vacation Apartments is the best company to deal with for accommodations in Paris. This is our second time using the company. We were beyond satisfied the first time and expected the same this time. Instead of getting the same treatment as last time, PVA improved on an already great service. We took advantage of the car service to and from CDG which I was reluctant to do at first, but it is worth every penny to have one less thing to worry about before and after the trip. A wonderful apartment in the perfect location! Lovely decor, elevator, air conditioning that works really well, comfortable beds, lots of space, a washer and separate dryer, lots of hot water and wonderful natural light. The staff are wonderful to work with, great communication and very responsive to any issue or request you have. We look forward to our next stay!
This apartment was an exceptional home base for our week in Paris (my husband and 6 year old daughter). The property manager was extremely responsive with my questions prior to our arrival and we appreciated they were able to accommodate us early to unload our bags (we got to the apartment at 7:45am and contacted our greeter via text; she rushed over by 8:20 to let us in). The apartment itself is large, but note the bedrooms are now fully carpeted and the living room has a much larger room sized area rug, so you’ll only see the edges of the beautiful hardwood floors, a slight difference from the posted pics. I suspect this has been installed to accommodate the downstairs neighbor which is understandable. The apartment location can hardly be beat and it’s on a quiet side street. It truly gave us the real feel of living in Paris. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and if lucky enough to return, we will definitely seek out the Paris Vacation apartments team again!
This apartment it’s exactly as pictured and even bigger in person. The location is excellent and close to so many wonderful shops and restaurants we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return back in the not too distant future!

The apartment is in the best location with a wonderful boulangerie for your daily croissant and baguette down the street… and a 2 block walk to the Jardin Luxembourg. The apartment was quiet and the beds comfortable. The high ceilings and the sunlight made it a special place – would highly recommend and would definitely return.
This apartment is fabulous. It’s located in a great arrondisment that makes getting around Paris a breeze. The train station is 3 blocks away, the bus stop is across the street and walking everywhere is a breeze. The apartment is clean, spacious, and I would highly recommend renting this apartment. You won’t be disappointed.

Renting Saint Germain Chic and Luxury Two Bedroom apartments: After the fabulous assistance from the PVA team, we booked the 2 adjoining apartments for a week over the Christmas period. We were 8 adults (4 couples) celebrating a significant birthday and Christmas. The apartments are exactly as advertised and even better. It was the little touches like having all the cooking and entertaining equipment that you needed, wine decanter, Nespresso machines, shopping carts and umbrellas, basically everything that you could think of was there to use. We had a wonderful week staying in the St Germaine apartments and would highly recommend PVA. Thanks again and we look forward to staying with you again.
My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed in this apartment for eight nights. It is a wonderful place to stay. The location is tremendous (near everything but on a quiet street) and the apartment is very stylish. We appreciated the bottle of wine and fresh flowers. Both bedrooms are roomy and the bathrooms have many ammenties. It was great not to have the traditional french tub. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Paris
This was the perfect Paris apartment! It is in a great location near a metro, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and St. Sulpice. Lots of restaurants nearby and it’s located on a quiet street. The apartment is elegantly decorated and has everything that you will need. Air conditioning, washer, dryer, coffee maker and lots of space. I highly recommend this apartment and I would love to stay there again
Amazing location! Central to all you will want to do and see. Local markets and restaurants fabulous. Air conditioning worked very well and was much appreciated in the summer heat. Fresh flowers and wine on arrival. Comprehensive check in with excellent explanations regarding electronic and appliance use. Sonos speaker to listen to your favorite music while you sip on wine at the end of the day. Enjoyed the beautiful courtyard view while enjoying breakfast in the well equipped kitchen complete with espresso maker. Wish we could have stayed longer! Merci!!! We loved the apartment. It was like being at home . The interior was styled beautifully. Everything was there at our fingertips. Everything was perfect and I could not fault it. We will be back! The staff were wonderful! The area is so convenient and central. There were cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Not to mention the boulangeries and patisseries and Boulevard St Michel and Boulevard Saint Germaine and Luxembourg Gardens a stones throw away. It was quiet and peaceful and and an absolute sanctuary.
This is a terrific apartment. Well appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious. Our host on arrival explained everything clearly and left us her phone number…plus a bottle of wine and some fresh croissants! The 6th arrondissement has amazing variety and vitality. The shops and restaurants are abundant and the nearby church, St. Sulpice, is beautiful. We were able to walk interesting neighborhoods, gardens and explore some of the oldest streets in Paris. You will not be mingling with tourists if you stay here. Instead you will be immersed in a real Paris neighborhood. We would definitely rent this apartment again
Our family had a truly wonderful stay in the Saint Germain de Pres apartment. Because the location was part of a neighbourhood we felt like true Parisians. Central to everything and beautifully appointed and furnished, we couldnt have asked for anything more. When we return, our first choice will be this apartment. Thank you to everyone that helped us.

The location, the apartment itself (beauty, interior design and decor, comfort) as well as the service are outstanding. This is the ideal residence in which to feel at home in Paris – the kitchen is large and fully-stocked (with an extraordinary view onto a beautiful courtyard), this kitchen takes visiting and shopping at nearby Marche Raspail to a whole new level. Having the Luxembourg gardens and St. Sulpice within minutes is also ideal, as is being centrally located in Paris and easily accessible to all.
We rented a two bedroom apartment for 2 couples. In today’s word of scams, we were apprehensive but hopeful that it would be as promised. It was EXACTLY as promised…and they promise you a lot. From the condition of the apartment, to the guidebook on eating, traveling, touring, emergencies…it was all we had hoped and more. A staff member met us at the apartment. He guided us through the apartment and the information binder. It was a great welcome. We loved it so much, that my husband and I are going back to Paris next April and renting a one bedroom for 3 weeks. This is a lovely way to stay in Paris and so much more pleasant to have a comfortable base so that you can bring home the wonderful bakery and charcuterie and pretend to be a resident of Paris…and for much less than a good hotel

We were two couples and felt that the apartment was incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and located in a wonderful neighborhood where we brought breakfast back to the apartment daily from a local boulangerie, found fabulous wine, cheese, etc., and ate at a couple of excellent restaurants. It was very easy to walk to many neighborhoods, museums, etc., and there were metro stops nearby. Pierre Louis was terrific in meeting us at the apartment and providing any information we needed during our stay. We all agreed that this trip was a special one for us with many memories and we talk about returning often! Barbara Brown

A lovely apartment in the 6eme near the Jardin de Luxembourg. A real neighborhood where the sounds of children going to school were a lovely distraction. Great restaurants nearby, a 12 minute walk to the Seine and from there all of the sights of the Right Bank. We’ll be back!

I had a 5-star ***** experience. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and a great neighborhood. How fun to walk to an excellent patisserie, which is 500 ft. from your door and explore all the little neighborhood streets in the evening. I look forward to returning next year.
